Regular price £18.00Our soft, chewy, and utterly-delicious focaccia is surprisingly easy to make using our Focaccia Bread Baking Kit. Enriched with an Italian extra virgin olive oil, this is the perfect accompaniment to breakfast, lunch or dinner.....or as just a snack by itself!

- Organic Strong White Wheat Flour
- Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Maldon Sea Salt
- Dried Yeast
- Wycombe Chefs Table Za'atar (contains sesame seeds)
Handy Baking Equipment
- Dough Scraper
- Measuring Jug
You will also need a large mixing bowl, 380ml water, a baking tin / baking tray and the oven.
Prep 30 mins + Proving 4 hrs 30 mins (optional to add overnight) + Baking 30 mins
Total: 5 hrs 30 mins (+ optional, overnight)

THE BAKING BOX - Store ingredients in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. If selected, store the Kimchi in the fridge. Use within 8 weeks.
THE FOCACCIA - Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Eat within 24 hours, ideally.
