We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damages and issues
If upon collection or delivery, you notice your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us as soon as possible by telephone on 07986 885118 or email via email@example.com, stating the issues with your order. Photos of any damages or issues should also be sent to us.
At our discretion we may offer a refund or replacement of products within your order. We reserve the right to refund an amount deemed appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
If we agree to a refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
As taste is a subjective matter, we do not approve refunds if you do not like the taste of an item.
As our goods contain perishable items, we do not accept physical returns.
We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss.
