This indulgent no-bake cheesecake kit is made with a medley of milk, white and dark Callebaut Belgian chocolate. We help you elevate your creation above the average chocolate cheesecake with the additions of a traditional praline layer and added roasted hazelnuts in the biscuit base. Cocoa nibs and hazelnut pieces elegantly top this showstopper of a dessert off. It's a must try!

This baking kit makes one sharing cheesecake, enough to serve 8-10 portions.

You will need to add 200ml double cream, 50g unsalted butter and 165g full fat cream cheese (exactly one small tub of Philadelphia!)
You'll also need 4 mixing bowls, mixing spoons and a whisk, and a hob & saucepan to melt your choc.
If not included in your baking kit, you will need a loose bottom baking tin, ideally 6" diameter.
Preparation 45 mins + Chilling time <4 hours = Total: 4 hours 45 mins
