DRY BAKING INGREDIENTS

  • Organic Shipton Mill Patisserie Wheat Flour
  • Strong White Wheat Flour
  • Tate & Lyle Light and Dark Brown Sugars
  • Demerara Sugar
  • Cinnamon OR Cardamom, freshly ground
  • Dried Yeast
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt

CHILLED INGREDIENTS (optional)

  • 82% Fat Unsalted French Butter
  • Whole Milk

HANDY BAKING EQUIPMENT (optional)

  • Baking Parchment
  • Dough Scraper
  • Pastry Brush
  • Mini measuring cup

    D O   I   N E E D   A N Y T H I N G   E L S E ?

    You will also need a mixing bowl, small bowl, mixing spoons, saucepan, rolling pin, a splash of water and your stove & oven.

    We highly recommend using a stand mixer (with dough hook) if you have one too!

    For STANDARD and REFILL baking kits kits you will need to add 75g unsalted butter and 125ml whole milk. These buns can be made VEGAN using margarine and oat milk!

    Prep 30-50 mins + Proving 2 hours + Baking 8 mins = Total: 2 hours 38 mins to 3 hours

    S T O R A G E

    THE BAKING BOX - Store dry ingredients in a cool, dry place; use within 8 weeks. Store chilled ingredients in the fridge and use within one week.

    THE BUNS - Best served straight away! But if you must, store in a sealed container and eat within 2 days. The buns can be frozen, just before baking, and then baked from frozen for 10-12 mins.
