Our soft, chewy, and utterly-delicious focaccia is surprisingly easy to make. Enriched with an Italian extra virgin olive oil, this is the perfect accompaniment to breakfast, lunch or dinner.....or as just a snack by itself!
We wanted to give you something a little different, so have the choice between a tangy Kimchi topping or a subtle Za'atar and salt.
You will need to add your own water - but we even provide the re-usable measuring jug for that too!

You will also need a large mixing bowl, 380ml water, a baking tin / baking tray and the oven.

THE FOCACCIA - Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Eat within 24 hours, ideally.
