    You will also need a mixing bowl, small bowl, mixing spoons, saucepan, rolling pin, a splash of water and your stove & oven.

    We highly recommend using a stand mixer (with dough hook) if you have one too!

    For STANDARD and REFILL kits you will need to add 75g unsalted butter and 125ml whole milk. These buns can be made VEGAN using margarine and oat milk! 

    H O W   L O N G   W I L L   I T   T A K E ?

    Prep 30-50 mins + Proving 2 hours + Baking 8 mins = Total: 2 hours 38 mins to 3 hours

    S T O R A G E

    THE BOX - Dry ingredients: store in a cool, dry place, and use within 6 weeks. Chilled ingredients: please refrigerate immediately, and use within one week.

    THE BUNS - Best served straight away! But if you must, store in a sealed container and eat within 2 days. The buns can be frozen, just before baking, and then baked from frozen for 10-12 mins.
