  • Strong White Wheat Flour
  • Dried Yeast
  • Caster Sugar

  • Dried Fruit and Mixed Peel

CHILLED INGREDIENTS (in Large kits only)

  • 82% Fat French Butter (milk)
  • Whole Milk
  • Egg

You will also need a mixing bowl, small bowl, fork, baking tray, a splash of water and your stove & oven.

You can make these by hand or use a stand mixer (with dough hook) if you have one!

**For Standard Kits, you will need to add 50g unsalted butter, 120ml milk and two eggs.

S T O R A G E

THE BAKING KIT - Store dry ingredients in a cool, dry place. Use within 8 weeks. Store chilled ingredients in the fridge and use within one week. 

THE BUNS - Best served straight away! But if you must, store in a sealed container and eat within 2 days.
